i asked for a double room with good wifi and a large telly, as example and they kindly provided it. the stuff where constantly affable.

The heating broke, but the room was super stylish.

I faced significant issues. The air conditioning in my room was inconsistent, often starting automatically and hard to control, requiring multiple calls for assistance. The breakfast offerings were quite disappointing, limited to scrambled and boiled eggs with little variety beyond that, which left me underwhelmed each morning.

The room was uncomfortably warm and devoid of basic essentials like towels. It's shocking there were no complimentary slippers or even a waste bin. I almost gave a glowing review-until the reality hit me that regular guests can't expect perks. Just wow.

They were genuinely friendly and always ready to help. The rooftop terrace offered fine city views.

The rooftop bar was a perfect spot for drinks with a fantastic atmosphere, and the cozy lounge area was great for winding down. The wireless charger by the bed was a little dodgy, but it didn't take away from the overall fun experience. 😊

The hotel is really close to downtown and made it easy to catch a show at the theater. Plus, I loved enjoying a cozy night with my family and our two dogs.

My children wanted more space in the room.

One highlight was the breakfast with a delightful pancake-making machine, making the mornings even more enjoyable. The convenient location near the city center and Christmas market made our stay memorable. a great stay with modern and clean rooms, friendly staff, and good amenities.
